HELP BY SHOPPING STAGE
Choose your current task to open the relevant guide.
Check the fit, measurements and details before picking a product.
Keep product costs, shipping estimates and unknown charges separate.
Review your QC photos and resolve questions before the parcel leaves.
Check packaging, packed measurements and the current route quote.
Check failed pages, changed products and missing options.
Open the full listing and confirm the item, seller and available options. Check the exact colour and variant you intend to order.
For clothing, compare the listing’s measurements with a garment you already own. For hats, bags and accessories, check the dimensions or adjustment range that matter for the item.
The purchasing stage gets an item to the warehouse. The later parcel stage covers how eligible items are packed and sent to your destination. Review both when planning your budget.
Allow for applicable domestic transport, international delivery, payment conversion and selected extras. Read the actual order and parcel totals before paying.
Check the information and photos available for your item before submitting a parcel. Raise questions about the selected colour, measurements or visible condition while the item is still at the warehouse.
A photo can show what is visible in that image. It cannot by itself confirm authenticity, fit or long-term durability.
Return eligibility depends on the item, seller agreement and the request deadline. Check the current terms before waiting or approving another step.
A service-fee waiver does not necessarily include domestic return transport. Confirm the costs that apply to your particular request.
Read the official return termsIf you are waiting to combine items, check the current storage allowance in your account. Confirm when the clock starts, whether an extension is available and what happens at expiry.
Keep your own reminder. Do not assume that items can remain in storage indefinitely.
Check the destination, route restrictions, chargeable weight and selected extras. A useful quote describes your parcel and the date it was obtained.
Estimated delivery times are a planning reference. Recheck the selected route and its current conditions before submitting your parcel.
