Match the photos to your order
Open your warehouse record beside the original listing and the options saved with your order. Compare the style, colour, size or specification, quantity and included pieces. A similar-looking product is not enough: the pictured item should match the option you actually bought.
Check the whole set before zooming into details. For shoes, look for both shoes. For a matching outfit, identify every piece. If a label and the visible item disagree, record the mismatch and ask the platform to clarify it.
Choose views that answer your questions
A larger photo set is only useful if it shows the details you need. Repeated views of the front do not replace a missing back, sole or interior. Use the product type to decide which angles deserve attention.
| Item | Useful views | Check before moving on |
|---|---|---|
| Shoes | Both shoes, sides, heels, soles and size labels | Matching pair, selected option, visible damage and any requested measurements |
| T-shirts and hoodies | Front, back, collar, cuffs and hem | Stains, tears, visible seams, print placement and fit measurements |
| Jackets and trousers | Full item, closures and relevant measuring points | Selected style, missing parts, length and width where needed |
| Bags and hats | Exterior, interior or adjustment, hardware and scale | Dimensions, attachments, included straps and visible condition |
Scroll the table sideways to see every column.
Read measurements with their context
A tape measure should show the relevant start and end points clearly. Check its unit and whether the item is laid flat, stretched or measured along a curve. Compare like with like: the flat width of a top is different from a body chest measurement.
A size label helps identify the option, but it cannot establish fit on its own. If the measurement you need is absent, ask whether the platform can provide it and whether an extra service charge applies. Do not estimate a precise length from an image with no reliable scale.
Separate a visible problem from an unclear image
A dark patch may be a stain, a shadow or a reflection. Note what you can actually see and request the view that would settle the question. Ask for a close-up of the area and enough surrounding context to locate it on the item.
Use a specific message such as: “The left sleeve has a dark area near the cuff. Could you confirm whether it is a mark and show that area in clearer lighting?” A precise question is easier to answer than a general request to check everything.
Decide what is ready for the parcel
Review the reply against your original concern. If the wrong option or a visible defect remains unresolved, ask about the options available for that order before submitting it for international delivery.
Photos can document visible appearance. They do not establish authenticity, comfort, material composition or long-term durability. Keep those limits separate from your decision that the supplied views show no obvious problem.

A little more detail.
Does a certain number of QC photos mean an item is good?
No. Judge whether the images show the correct item, useful angles and the details you need. An important missing view remains missing even in a large photo set.
Can I use another buyer’s QC photos for my order?
They may suggest questions to ask, but your own warehouse item needs its own review. Another size, colour or production run may differ.
